Section I: Unauthorized Communications and Anti-Spam Policy
Permitted Use of Communication Channels. The email addresses, contact forms, and communication portals provided on this Website are intended solely for legitimate consumer inquiries, customer support, and authorized business transactions.
Prohibition of Unsolicited Commercial Electronic Messages. The transmission of unsolicited commercial electronic messages, including but not limited to business-to-business (B2B) marketing pitches, automated sales sequences, bulk emails, and promotional offers (collectively, "Spam"), to any email address or contact form associated with this Website is strictly prohibited.
Liquidated Damages for Breach. By transmitting an unsolicited commercial message through our contact forms or to any email address hosted on our domain, the sender (including the individual, corporate entity, and any associated agents) acknowledges and explicitly agrees that such actions place an undue administrative, resource, and infrastructural burden on our operations. Because the actual damages resulting from such unauthorized communications are difficult to quantify, the sender agrees to pay liquidated damages in the amount of $150.00 per individual transmission.
Notice and Enforcement. If we issue a formal written warning to a sender to cease and desist communications, any subsequent unsolicited commercial message received from that sender, domain, or organization after the date of the warning constitutes an explicit, retroactive acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to issue formal invoices for these damages, report outstanding balances to commercial credit bureaus, transfer debts to third-party collection agencies, or seek legal remediation to recover the balances, alongside reasonable attorney fees and collection costs.
